These terms govern your use of this website and the services provided by Fenwick Partners. By scheduling a consultation or purchasing a diagnostic, you agree to them.
Fenwick Partners is an independent fractional operating partner firm. We work with business owners to analyze their business, surface value gaps, and improve what a buyer will see ahead of a sale or transition. Our flagship offering is the Fenwick Diagnostic, a $1,999 flat-fee analysis that uses your QuickBooks data to produce a defensible valuation range and a clear picture of how a buyer will evaluate your business.
We are not a business broker, investment banker, or licensed M&A advisor. We do not represent you in a transaction or earn a commission on a sale.
This is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. The diagnostic is an informational tool. For decisions about selling your business, consult qualified professionals.
Valuation ranges are estimates based on your financial data and market comparables — not a guarantee that any buyer will pay any particular price.
The Fenwick Diagnostic is a flat fee of $1,999, due before delivery. Because each diagnostic is produced specifically from your financial data, sales are generally final. If the diagnostic contains a material error we cannot correct, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.
You own your data and the documents we produce for you. We do not sell your information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Use this site and our services for lawful purposes only. Do not submit data you are not authorized to share. Do not misrepresent our output as a certified appraisal, audited statement, or formal business valuation.
Our services are provided "as is." Valuation is an imprecise process and results will vary. We do not warrant that any estimate is accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fenwick Partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in connection with the relevant engagement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
