Fenwick Partners ("Fenwick Partners," "we," "us") provides independent business diagnostics and operating advisory services for small business owners. You trust us with sensitive information about your business, and we take that seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over it.
We collect only what we need to provide our service:
We do not collect QuickBooks data directly through this website. If you proceed with a diagnostic, QuickBooks connectivity is handled through our third-party diagnostic tool, which has its own privacy policy governing how your financial data is handled.
We use your information to schedule and conduct your diagnostic consultation, deliver your report and any follow-on work you engage us for, and respond to questions you send us directly. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with brokers, buyers, or anyone else with a financial interest in what you decide to do with your business.
We rely on a small number of providers to operate: Calendly for scheduling, and our diagnostic tool partner for QuickBooks data processing if you proceed with a full diagnostic. These providers process data only to deliver their service, under contract.
Access to your information is limited to the people who need it to deliver your engagement. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
You can ask us what we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.
If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
